Meet the team.
We are a small family firm. Three qualified accountants doing the day to day work, and a wider family who have built businesses across UK law, costs, property and consultancy over the last twenty five years or so. Here is who we are, plainly.
How we are structured. Your finance function in three layers. Statutory, signed by Isaacs & Co (ACCA + ATT, our sister firm in the UK Top 50 Affinity Associates network). Control, delivered by AI Finance Partners. Enablement, the management accounts, annual budget, rolling 12 month forecast and business partnering, delivered by AI Finance Partners. Two contracts, one relationship. AIFP runs the conversation across all three layers. Many clients take all three, others take only the Enablement layer and keep their existing accountant on Statutory and Control. Both work.

Andrew Isaacs
Managing Partner · ACMA CGMAI am Andrew Isaacs, the managing partner. I joined BT Group in 2009 on the Business Management Graduate Scheme after a 2:1 in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick. I spent eight years at BT, latterly running Contract Management and Sales for Existing Partners at BT Wi-fi as Head of UK Site Partnerships.
In 2017 I moved to Openreach to take on financial management roles across the government funded programmes, including BDUK. From 2021 I was asked to build the major scale up programme for Openreach delivering full fibre to Multi Dwelling Units, a £0.7 billion programme covering two million premises.
In 2024 I left corporate and joined Kiteleys Solicitors as Head of Finance, in a fee earning capacity. The move was deliberate. In 2026 I founded AI Finance Partners to close the gulf between corporate grade finance and what an SME has.

Reuben Glynn
Partner · FCCAReuben is my uncle by marriage, and a partner in AI Finance Partners. He owns a meaningful share of the firm and we built the proposition together. He is a Fellow of the ACCA, originally trained at KPMG, and he has spent the last twenty five years running professional services firms rather than working inside one.
He and my aunt Teresa built two costs businesses in Doncaster, A & M Bacon and Partners In Costs. They sold both businesses to Frenkel Topping Group in 2021. Today Reuben and Teresa run Glynns Properties, and Reuben holds investments in a small portfolio of operating firms.
Reuben is the senior chartered partner across our practice. He is the equity partner at AI Finance Partners and the senior FCCA who signs at Isaacs & Co when an engagement needs the Fellow level credential.

George Isaacs
Managing Partner, Isaacs & Co · ACCA · ATT · towards CIOTGeorge is my cousin, the son of my dad's brother Jon and his wife Zoe. He is the Managing Partner of Isaacs & Co, our sister firm and the ACCA practice that signs the statutory year end and tax for AI Finance Partners clients. Isaacs & Co sits inside Affinity Associates, a UK Top 50 accountancy network with sixty plus years of expertise behind it.
George is ACCA qualified, ATT qualified and working towards his CIOT chartered tax adviser. When the year end comes around for an AI Finance Partners client, George prepares and signs the statutory accounts and the corporation tax return at Isaacs & Co.
Why family firm matters, briefly.
Family firms in professional services work because the people in them are not going anywhere. We are not optimising for a quarterly bonus. We are accountable to each other across kitchen tables, not just engagement letters, which tends to focus the mind on doing the work properly.
It also means there is real cover when one of us is unavailable. Three qualified accountants and a wider network mean the firm does not stop because someone is on holiday. And it means the conversation you have with us in week one is the same conversation in year five.
The wider family.
A few people who are part of AI Finance Partners's story without being inside its day to day work. We mention them because they shape how we think.
Teresa Glynn
Reuben's wife and my dad's sister. Founded Partners In Costs back in 1996. Today she sits as the named Compliance Officer for Legal Practice at Andrew Isaacs Law, where she and Reuben run the firm together.
Rob Fletcher Isaacs
Rob co founded &us, an innovation and transformation practice in London. They work with HP, Lloyds, Novartis, the Post Office and others. AI Finance Partners's London registered office sits inside their building, which is how we ended up in the same room as a senior team doing serious operating model work.
Anna Fletcher Isaacs
Anna is a Chief of Staff and Operations Leader, an Agile coach who has worked with &us on Novartis among others. She runs her own company, Batata Ltd, and we bring her in on the AI Finance Partners engagements that need ops or transformation help alongside the finance work.
