What happens when CARE finds an issue?

Where does our client money data go?

Nowhere. CARE runs inside your firm's environment, against your firm's data, under your firm's controls. We do not see your client money records, we do not store your data, and the AI processing happens inside the boundary you define. The full data and AI policy is available before you license anything.

Your COFA, as they always have. CARE produces the signed, timestamped, defensible record they put their name on, the same record your reporting accountant uses. AI Finance Partners does not sign your firm's reconciliation. We supply the tool.

Do we still need our reporting accountant?

Yes, by SRA rule. CARE produces a cleaner, more defensible record for them to work from. We work alongside them, we do not replace them.

How quickly can we go live?

Two to four weeks from signed engagement to first run. Onboarding is one short engagement to connect CARE to your data sources inside your environment, and to map your existing reconciliation flow.

A fixed monthly licence fee, sized to the firm by office count and fee earner count. We give you the indicative price on the first call once we know the shape of the firm. Pricing is on the engagement letter, not on the introduction.
